Wyoming...or Southern Utah?

One of areas Ally has to manage the recreation for is Outlaw Cave...the Middle Fork of the Powder River, southwest of Kaycee. It was scorched by wildfire in late '06 so it will take some work to get the campground back in order...but remarkable landscape. The "outlaw" in the name refers to the known hiding place for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid...amongst others.
